Reformer

Our signature class. Slow and steady, baby.

Meet our good friend, the Reformer. A Pilates machine that can be as gentle or as challenging as you make it. In this class we prioritise form and safely build strength. 45 minutes of total mind, body and breath connection that’s sure to warm you up! We’ll even keep things spicy as we integrate some mat work and small apparatus’ to your class.

Please attend a Foundational Reformer class before attending our signature session if you have not used a Reformer before.

Mat Strength

A workout on the floor doesn’t mean all chill and no challenge. We’ll be working up a sweat the low-impact way and using muscles you forgot existed. This highly differentiated class allows beginners and intermediate individuals to work to the best of their abilities without losing technique. Bring your favourite mat, or borrow one of ours.

Studio Sessions

Try something new in the Studio Session, a Pilates flow that’s more focused on moving independently and using the ‘cool stuff’. You’ll get to meet the gang of Pilates props and equipment. So whether you’re looking for a challenge, exercises to rehab an old injury or simply the opportunity to expand your movement experience, the Studio Sessions are a time for you to reach your full potential at your desired pace.

Foundation Reformer (Beginner)

Welcome to your world of Pilates! Foundations Reformer is where you align yourself with the Pilates principles. Improving posture, balance, flexibility and strength. With a strong focus on technique, breath and control, you will amaze yourself with what you can do in this 45 minute class. Time to rise and shine! Classes are a maximum of 3 to ensure you have more focused time being supported by your instructor to bring the best out in you. Contact us to see if a group class is right for you.

Athletic Reformer

An endorphin-energised workout on the Reformer combined with the jumpboard to put a spring in your step. Get your blood-pumping while helping to improve your cardiovascular health and tone. With powerful and athletic progressions, this class is best for those without injuries and looking for a challenge. Private

A highly personalised experience, available in single, duo or trio bookings.

It’s all about you in our private sessions. With a focus on technique to encourage your highest quality movement, you will learn more and gain a stronger understanding of how you best move.
This is ideal for: anyone who is rehabilitating an injury, returning or starting their fitness journey, is post-partum or looking for consistent goal tracking.

I found Stef at Soleil Studio at a time where I needed to make change in my life, or otherwise continue to live with niggling aches and pains that would continue to worsen with age. Each session Steph creates new Pilates routines using mat work, reformer, trapeze tower and many other pieces of equipment in her beautiful studio. Her classes offer a fun, safe and nurturing environment with routines that target specific parts of my body that need work. I have become more aware of how I sit, stand and am now mindful of how to walk correctly. This has had huge affect on my ability to simply enjoy my days with more confidence, more movement, and more energy.
